Casa SJ Concón

Located in Bosques de Montemar, Concón, Casa SJ articulates its spaces through imposing stone walls that guide the visitor to the double-height entrance hall, where stone columns and natural lighting provide a welcoming atmosphere. Stone, concrete, and wood are combined with precision, and through the use of niches and careful light management, warm and inviting spaces are achieved. Corridors that extend from the interior courtyard toward the exterior lounge culminate at the swimming pool, from which the complete volumetry can be appreciated: a white, minimalist volume with delicate and elegant lines.
