A single material defines the exterior: Hunter Douglas corrugated panel in black, from floor to ceiling, without exception. The decision is radical and coherent — a dark volume that recedes from the landscape rather than competing with it, allowing the mountains of Olmué to serve as backdrop and native vegetation as foreground. The composition is organized into two pieces: a horizontal single-story wing that houses the social spaces, and an upper volume that rises at the entrance and contains the bedrooms. The same black cladding that closes the exterior inward is inverted inside: warm wood from floor to ceiling, which transforms each interior space into its exact opposite. Inside, the living room has double height and a continuous window at the top that illuminates the space from above. The architecture acts as a container: neutral, precise, prepared to accommodate an intense interior life — art, color, artisanal materials, fire.
