A volumetry that excavates itself: white blocks that advance and recede, solids and voids that generate terraces, patios, and exterior pathways. The concrete staircase without railings rises among the trees as part of the same system — not as an access point, but as an extension of the space. The most powerful place is the covered terrace: an exterior living area beneath a concrete slab with a large circular oculus that opens the sky above those seated. Toward the west, the concrete frame captures the bay at sunset. Stone on the lateral wall, board-formed concrete on the ceiling: the austerity of the materials contrasts with the warmth of the moment. Inside, the tone changes. White wood on walls and ceilings, level changes that articulate the spaces without separating them, a double height that connects the upper living area with the lower corridor. What appears austere and precise outside becomes intimate and warm inside.
