The project is organized into two volumes that break and adapt to the terrain while orienting toward the sea: hermetic toward the street, completely open toward the ocean. Stone and concrete coexist without hierarchy — one brings the weight and texture of the place, the other the precision of structure. Access crosses a concrete bridge framed by two stone pillars, which separates the exterior from the house's threshold. From there, a lateral gallery defines the circulation: its roof, perforated by a sequence of circles, generates toward the east a precise interplay of light and shadow that changes throughout the day. In the quincho, concrete cantilevers over a single pillar — a structural gesture that concentrates all weight at one point and leaves the space completely open toward the garden.
