Through a play of solids and voids, Casa K10 creates a sensation of lightness and fluidity where a wooden volume appears to float above stone blocks. During the day, expansive windows oriented toward the sea flood the project with natural light, offering panoramic views from every corner. At dusk, artificial lighting takes center stage: light filtered through the wood produces a subtle transparency effect that reinforces the sense of lightness over the stone walls.
