Casa J1 presents itself as a linear volume framed in concrete that unfolds dynamically, varying in height to create an architectural composition in constant movement. Organized in two longitudinal blocks, the second volume rises in perfect proportion and aligned with views toward the sea, becoming a viewpoint that takes advantage of the horizon, the mountains, and the golf course. A monumental staircase clad in local stone guides access toward a double height that frames the sky, generating the sensation that the house floats in permanent balance.
